Come to the Santa Fe Botanical Garden to learn all about the new technology and artificial intelligence in robotics being used in modern agriculture. Your lecturer will be discussing how improved technology is helping detect diseases that affect citrus trees as well as how augmented reality can help fruit harvesters determine when their crop is ready to be picked. Farming robotics will be showcased from major companies such as John Deere & Panasonic.

About your Lecturer: Sabri Sansow is an MIT educated, seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for all things artificial intelligence (AI). As one of the world’s leading AI experts, he has leveraged several of the 30 + subcategories of AI such as machine/deep/reinforcement learning, robotics, computer vision, iot and natural language in the automotive, entertainment, fashion, medical, environmental and agriculture worlds.  Currently his company is focused on creating AI solutions for farmers, growers, and harvesters to improve productivity while reducing costs.
