Come to the Santa Fe Botanical Garden to explore the possibilities of blending plants into your garden whose fruits, seeds or leaves can be eaten. This class will focus on the trees, shrubs, vines, annuals and perennials that will produce food for humans and wildlife alike. We will also address the use of potted edibles for the patio and how to protect these plants from unwanted dining guests, critters and insects. Bring a list of your favorite foods and we can create a recipe to turn your landscape into a buffet!
