Sometimes, however, gardening also comes with sore muscles, dry skin, sunburns, bug bites or respiratory congestion. Essential oils can be used not only to help with your gardening pains, but also in your garden to deter pests and pathogens from infecting your plants. Strong and healthy plants resist disease which will produce higher yield and more fragrant crops.
Join us for this fun, informational and hands on class on how to incorporate essential oils into your gardening practice. Essential oils can be used to enhance growth and ward off pesky insects in a healthy way. We will be using and discussing doTERRA essential oils, which are safe for ingesting and are of a pure therapeutic grade, meaning they are safe and harmless for use in any edible garden.
About your instructor: Sacred Journeys Healing Arts was founded by Pyara Ingersoll. She has been a Healing Arts practitioner for 15 years, and practices massage, esthetics and is a Certified Aromatherapist. She loves teaching classes on how to use essential oils for all aspects of life.
