Ashley Johnson will share her transformative healing art practice of hammock yoga, sound healing and reiki. Embark on your stretching journey in nature by floating in yoga hammocks outside. This session features a slower-moving floating yin aerial yoga practice.
We will start with breathing and inversions, and as we progress, we will transition into meditation, sound bowls, and some reiki. Suitable for all ages, this practice aims to release tension and align your mind, bringing focus to each chakra energy center. Essential oils may be applied to the pressure points of the head, hands, and feet.

About Ashley - Shaping Art, founded by Ashley Johnson, is a mobile healing arts and hammock yoga business in Crested Butte, Colorado. Ashley lived at two retreat centers in Hawaii, focusing on hammock yoga, sound healing, and gardening. She has her BA and MA from Lehigh University and received training from Aerial Yoga RX, Circasana, and Coreiki.
The Healing Innovation Space will be set up at the front of the gardens from May 29th to May 31st by Ashley Johnson of Shaping Art. Get ready to discover the mobile meditation space for sound healing, meditation, and aromatherapy.
