In this hands-on medicine making class, you will learn how to make your own herbal vinegars. We will talk about the benefits of using vinegar to extract medicinal qualities of common garden herbs and locally growing wild herbs.

About your Instructor: Emily Rose is an herbalist and acupressurist living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She created Roots & Roses in order to bring together three of her herbal passions: clinical herbalism, medicine making, and education. She is passionate about sharing the magic of plants and self-care techniques with clients and students. She has been an instructor at Milagro School of Herbal Medicine since 2014.
