Join us for a hands-on workshop where you, the participant, learns practical skills for cooking in earthen ovens. This class will focus on:

• Fire building and temperature control

• Cooking techniques 

• Maintenance and safety

What We Will Cook

• Pizza

• Customized alternatives provided upon request to accommodate dietary restrictions. Some examples below:

• Gluten free dough

• Vegan pizza or bread

We will finish class with a group meal!

Participants will receive hands-on oven experience and basic instruction booklet.
