In this class, we will talk about various methods of storage for medicinal and culinary herbs. We will talk about drying and proper storage, freezing and powdered herbs, teas, capsules, dream pillows, and some delicious ways to incorporate dried herbs into your next dinner party. Enjoy your garden’s bounty all year long!
About your Instructor: Emily Rose is an herbalist and acupressurist living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She created Roots & Roses in order to bring together three of her herbal passions: clinical herbalism, medicine making, and education. She is passionate about sharing the magic of plants and self-care techniques with clients and students. She has been an instructor at Milagro School of Herbal Medicine since 2014.
