In this class we will talk about the medicinal properties and traditional uses of some easy to grow herbs. We will also talk about appropriate dosages and fun and easy ways to prepare these herbal medicines.
About your Instructor: Emily Rose is an herbalist and acupressurist living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. She created Roots & Roses in order to bring together three of her herbal passions: clinical herbalism, medicine making, and education. She is passionate about sharing the magic of plants and self-care techniques with clients and students. She has been an instructor at Milagro School of Herbal Medicine since 2014.
