Advance Registration Recommended

Enjoy a relaxed morning at the Santa Fe Botanical Garden with coffee, breakfast, and conversation as we welcome Jack Dash, co-author of The Southwest Native Plant Primer. Jack will share stories from the creation of the book, discuss the incredible diversity of native plants found throughout the Southwest, and explore how these plants can transform home landscapes into thriving habitats for wildlife while conserving our region's most precious resource, water.

Covering native wildflowers, grasses, cacti, vines, shrubs, and trees from New Mexico, Arizona, and the southern portions of Utah and Colorado, The Southwest Native Plant Primer is an invaluable resource for gardeners of every experience level. Bring your questions and enjoy an engaging discussion about native plants, sustainable gardening, and the special connections between our landscapes, communities, and the natural world. You will have an opportunity to purchase Jack’s book after the program
