Rose Pruning Workshop

Saturday April 11

Other dates...

1:00 PM  –  3:00 PM

Advance registration required.

It's almost rose season! That means it's time to prune your roses. Although many roses generally love our dry sunny climate, most will grow and bloom better with correct pruning. The rose collection of Santa Fe Botanical Garden includes beautiful species roses, climbers, and a number of shrub rose varieties. Come learn how, when, and why to prune this favorite flower with Horticulture Staff Linda Churchill and Noah Gapsis.

Bring water, a hat, and gloves to practice in the garden after learning the basics. We will provide tools if you don't have them.
