Native Elements Art Festival + Market

SATURDAY, May 23 @ 9am - 5pm Art Market

SUNDAY, May 24 @ 10am - 4pm Art Market

• Each artist must register.
• Artists are responsible for and will keep 100% of their sales.
• All artists must have a New Mexico CRS/GROSS Receipts number.
• A non-refundable $25 registration fee is required for all artists. The fee is included with registration price below.
• Specify table size (ticket type) and whether the space will be shared or unshared.
• In the Registration section below, you can specify a preferred table mate or indicate that you are open to sharing with someone assigned by the Native Elements staff.

Terms and Conditions

• Registrations are currently being accepted.
• If you require electricity, enter a "1" in the "Quantity" box next to the "Electricity" ticket type.
• Artists are required to participate for the full duration of Native Elements Art Market: Friday, May 22 6pm - 8pm; Saturday, May 23 9am - 5pm; Sunday, May 24 10am - 4pm
• Check-in and Set-up: Friday, May 22 @ 12pm - 4pm
• Break-down: Sunday, May 24 @ 4pm - 6pm

Table Sizes and Registration

• Full Table (approximately 3’ x 6’) – one artist: $350.00 + $25 registration fee
• Large Space (approximately 6’ x 10') on the periphery of the Sweeney Room – one artist: $600.00 + $25 registration fee
• Shared Table (approximately 3’ x 3’ per artist) – two artists: $250.00 + $25 registration fee (per artist)
• Shared Large Space (approximately 6’ x 5’ per artist) – two artists: $400.00 + $25 registration fee (per artist)

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made prior to April 22, 2026 will receive 50% refund of table fee. Registration fee is non-refundable.
• Cancellations made after April 22, 2026 are non-refundable.
