What’s a Story Slam? A story slam is a very short and true story about the storyteller. Slams are typically 5 minutes long or rather short. Shorter stories mean quickly connecting the audience to your story through feeling, creativity and meaning. Still not sure, check out The Moth website or podcast for inspiration.

See rules below:

  • Ages 7 to 17 years only
  • Story must be true and about you
